People First Leadership Academy helps current and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership mindset through practical skills, self-reflection, mentorship, and collaborative learning. Participants leave equipped to build stronger teams, foster healthy workplace cultures, and lead with a People First approach.

Certifications & Core Training

Get the certifications you need for caregiving and health-related roles. Hilltop U offers QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person), CPR, and First Aid classes, taught in a hands-on, supportive environment. These essential trainings help you meet state requirements and deliver safe, confident care.
