Hilltop’s early childhood programs support parents, caregivers, and providers in creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can thrive.

Our programs provide:

• Support just for dads to help build strong, healthy relationships with their children

In Grand Junction, Montrose, and Delta, we work with individuals and families who are facing housing insecurity, homelessness, or difficult transitions by helping with things like:

• Applying for housing programs, including vouchers and affordable units
• Accessing rent and deposit assistance (when funding is available)
• Connecting with transitional or supportive housing that includes case management
• Navigating assessments and referrals to other housing-related resources

When you’re not sure where to start, Hilltop’s Community Access team can help. Whether you’re trying to apply for benefits, care for a loved one, or access local support, we walk you through the process and connect you to programs that make a difference.

Hilltop’s juvenile justice programs and community collaboratives offer alternatives to detention and connect youth with services that support accountability, growth, and long-term success. Our goal is to keep youth connected to their families, education systems, and their communities.

Supporting individuals and families who have experienced, or are experiencing, intimate partner violence and sexual assault.

Our support includes:

• A 24/7 crisis support line
• Access to an emergency safehouse
• Therapeutic services
• Legal & medical advocacy
• Safety planning & community case management
• Financial assistance to help individuals and families rebuild
• Support groups and referrals to additional services

Hilltop’s Brain Injury Services offers supported living for adults with brain injuries through the Life Adjustment Program (LAP). Located on the peaceful, eight-acre campus in the heart of Grand Junction, Colorado, LAP provides more than just housing—it’s a supportive community.

Residents enjoy a variety of meaningful activities that encourage connection with others and the greater community. Our caring team honors each individual’s dignity, promoting independence and personal choice through customized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
