Prenatal Care & Support

We help expecting mothers and families access vital prenatal and delivery care for a healthy pregnancy. Services include:

  • On-site Medicaid and CHP+ enrollment assistance
  • Help scheduling and preparing for doctor visits
  • Nutrition counseling and wellness education
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Coverage support for prenatal visits, hospital delivery, prescriptions, and more

Health Coverage Assistance

We help families qualify for free or low-cost health insurance—even if employer coverage is too expensive. Our Navigators can help you:

  • Apply for Medicaid or CHP+
  • Understand what services are covered
  • Navigate check-ups, immunizations, perscriptions, dental, and vision care
  • Determine if expanded income guidelines or deductions help you qualify

Car Seat Safety

Our certified car seat technicians are trained to help you properly install and use your child's car seat. We offer:

  • Free car seat checks and fittings
  • Education on proper installation and use
  • Replacement car seats if yours is outdated, recalled, or unsafe
  • Support in English & Spanish
