Family Connections

Ensuring that youth in the community gain the skills to successfully transition from adolescence into adulthood by helping families access unique resources for self- sufficiency. Services include individual and group substance abuse treatment, employment and housing assistance, tutoring, assessment, referrals, mentoring, and case management.
