Jasmin Herrera – Class Instructor (left), Shiloh Fox – Program Coordinator (right)

Shiloh comes to Hilltop with a background in culinary arts. Her desire to make a difference with healthy food education and access to quality food comes from her work on the Lunch Lizard Summer Food Program. Shiloh hopes to support the community by building relationships with partners, speaking on the importance of erasing food stigmas, and fighting for equal food access for everyone.

Jasmin invites everyone to her table where she serves up traditional Mexican foods that she learned to cook with her mother. Her culturally rich background has helped teach her the importance of making meals into memories. Jasmin hopes to teach the basics of cooking while also supporting healthy food relationships within each uniue family dynamic.
