Meet Mary, Hilltop’s new Volunteer Manager. With over 30 years of experience, her dedication to volunteerism makes her a fantastic addition to Hilltop. “Our volunteers are our ambassadors in the community and their satisfaction matters to us” says Mary.

Every volunteer journey begins with self-discovery guided by Rachelle, our Volunteer Adminstrator. She builds relationships, learns their interests, and helps volunteers find their place in the Hilltop family by merging their passions with purpose.

Volunteering is so much more than logging hours — it’s forming impactful relationships. Whether it’s providing companionship to those with a brain injury, connecting someone with resources to leave an unsafe environment, or ensuring the needs of homebound seniors are met, our volunteers elevate our community.
